These are some of our Frequently Asked Questions and common concerns.

How about carry on items such as purses, backpacks, etc?
For our regularly schedule service, passengers are allowed to bring one “carry on” bag or parcel at no charge. The reason carry on is in quotations is because not all carry on items actually fit in the passenger area and may have to be stowed in the baggage pod underneath the aircraft. In real world terms, we consider your carry on anything up to the size of a small backpack. Our charter customers can bring any non-hazardous item they wish on board the cabin of the aircraft, or stow it in one of the luggage compartments.

Can we book a charter flight at night?
Yes. One of the chief advantages of a charter flight is that it departs when you want and flies according to your schedule.

Will I have to go through TSA screening?
No. Boarding the aircraft couldn’t be simpler: you simply show up and go to the aircraft. There are no lines, no one with a wand, and no one will open your suitcase. Bring as much shampoo as you want.

Can I bring hazardous materials?
Our pilots and ground crew are specially trained to handle hazardous materials such as medical items, biological specimens and the like. Please call us ahead of time to discuss your particular situation.

Is there a bathroom on the airplane?
No, so make sure you take care of business before you board.

Will I see the volcano?
Hawaii’s active volcano, Kilauea, is located on the Big Island of Hawaii, which is about 250 miles from Oahu. We are happy to take our charter customers there and even fly over the volcano if they so wish.

How many people can fit in the airplane?
Both
the Cessna Grand Caravan and the Piper Chieftain can carry a total of nine persons.

Will I have a good view?
