About Us
Makani Kai Air is a full service aviation company that has been providing air charter, air tours, aircraft management, aircraft maintenance, and aircraft sales since 1998. We are located at the Honolulu International Airport.

We have flown in excess of 20,000 flight hours and safely carried thousands of customers to their destination airports throughout the Hawaiian Islands. We are infinitely familiar with the wind and weather here, the particulars for each arrival and departure, the routes with the least turbulence and the most brilliant views. We maintain this expertise so that you can relax and enjoy your travel.

Our charter department operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Our call out for a charter flight averages one hour. We conduct our business as an FAA Part 135 Air Carrier and have not had a tour or charter safety incident or accident since we began flying in 1988.
